NBN out for 2 days and counting, no response to my ticket - how to escalate

I've had no response to my ticket lodged 3 days ago - how do I ask for more information. This service is hopeless!

Your issue will be escalated to our Engineering Team for investigation and a case engineer will be contacting you for updates. Please keep the modem powered ON for remote testing.
