NBN outage nearly 48 hrs

My HFC NBN in inner north Brisbane has been out for almost 48 hrs. I am very frustrated by a lack of updates regarding the progress of restoring the service that I pay for.
Any advice anyone?

Hi @Meganfrance, we have checked the status of your case and we can see that NBN field technician attended the site yesterday. They have identified damaged cable and conduit, which would require civil works.

 

There's no estimated time of restoration at this point, but we will closely monitor this and will keep you posted for updates.
