There's no Estimated Time of Restoration (ETR) yet. Nonetheless, I have this escalated to our Monitoring Team. You will be notified via SMS once the outage has been resolved.

NBNCo has already declared that the outage has been resolved as of 9:22PM AEST yesterday (June 30). Our records show that your modem is already up for a day. Let me know if there's something else that you need assistance with.
