The speed between ADSL2+ and Mobile service can't be compared as they are using different infrastructure. The speed of the ADSL2+/DSL is greatly affected by the quality and length of the legacy copper wire being used to provide you the service.
We were able to locate your account using your community details and have run a test on the line. We've detected a possible fault within the copper network, but can't verify if it's internal or external wiring issue.
Are you able to check your home phone if it's working? If the home phone does not have a dial tone or has an audible noise, then you need to raise the issue with your phone provider since it is affecting your internet service.
Once raised with your phone provider and they confirmed that their service is working fine, please let us know and will run further tests with your service.

Our test results show a possible fault, but it could be coming from your end. Additional testing is required to pinpoint the cause of the slow speed issue you've raised.
