NBN phone line not connecting

Whenever I connect the phone line to nbn, red light appears. And internet not connected

Hi @Sudeeprajs,thanks for providing the account details via PM. Can you tell us how your modem and telephone handset is connected to the NBN connection box and how the NBN connection box is connected to the telephone socket?
