Hi @lsunny5277, we have located the account using your community details and we can see that your service is currently affected by an uplanned NBN network outage.

 

The technician that attended the site identified a Power Supply Unit (PSU) issue. An electrician is being engaged to attend the site and restore the power issue.

What a shame , I m hearing the same reply since Friday evening. No ETA on restoration yet.🤬
Power issue is ascertained since Friday if it’s so hard to fix it get rid of this ** nbn & give us those old adsl days.
