NBN red optical light

After NBN was installed yesterday,the technician helped me plug in my modem. I tried to connect wifi after several minutes,  it showed that" newly installed equipment is waiyting to be automatically configured" on my mobile. But when I tried again one hour later, it is the same. UNI-D1 is red.


Later i found Optical light is red.   Please help me resolve this problem .
