Dear TPG staffs,
Good morning. My NBN 200 service has experienced huge speed drop in in the last 2 weeks from 200+mbps previously to even below 1mbps (the tests were done in both wifi and ethernet connection). I need help therefore.
I am appreciated for your help.

Hi @franky81, checking your connection we don't detect any line fault that could impact your speed based on the initial tests.
What troubleshooting have you done so far? Have you tried resetting the modem yet?
Here is the result of the test I have just done with ethernet connection.

Thanks for the help. After soft resetting the modem it seems the speed goes back to normal. Hopefully it would stay this way. Thanks again!
