Since NBN installed, we can not watch Internet TVs via either ethernet or wifi.
Its too slow and stop every minute especially at night. Usually during day time, its going Ok.
Do I need to upgrade the plan to 100?
We did not have any speed issues with Optus Cable exactly in the same situation. Isnt NBN supposed to be better? Speed checks show genarally OK but with variations.
Very frustrating.
Can I cancel the contract based on the quality of the service?

Have you tried to checking the speed using only one device connected via Wi-Fi or ethernet cable? Can you provide us the screenshot of the test results?
