Good Day,

Ever since changing to the NBN the service keeps dropping out, may go all right for a few days then repeatingly drops out .

Welcome to TPG Community!

 

We were able to locate your account using your community details and have run some remote test. I was not able to detect any fault on the NBN network, but was able to see the dropouts that you've experienced.

 

I've made some adjustments on the line which may help the service to be stable. Please observe the connection and keep us posted if its still dropping.
