Our NBN went down last night - we have two blue lights on the NBN box but nothing else. Is there are wider outage caused by the storm?

Hi @mtnfeath,

The cause of this issue seems to be the weather event last night, in this specific situation the weather has caused the issue in the NBN Co network, which TPG (and all NBN retailers) relies on to supply our NBN services to our customers.

For customers experiencing any issues with their NBN service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage on the NBN network.

We have created this article that can guide you on How to Check for NBN Network Outage

If there are no known outages in your area, feel free to search Community for help with your issue, or contact us and we'd be glad to assist you.

We can see in your instance that the case has been escalated to NBN to rectify the issue in the NBN network that has occurred from last nights weather.

We will keep you informed by SMS of any updates.

Thanks for the response - it does look like there is an NBN fault up the line
