Hfc down. I logged fault 24hrs ago. This morning I received text that all is OK and thst issue is closed. It is not OK. Problem still exists. Logged second fault today. Later received same response.
This is not fixed and I’ve been without access for 24hrs. No call, no action. Please can someone action this. Please.
