Hfc down. I logged fault 24hrs ago. This morning I received text that all is OK and thst issue is closed. It is not OK. Problem still exists. Logged second fault today. Later received same response. Hi, Connected via HFC four days ago. NBN box lights: Power: On, Downstream: On, Upstream:flashing, Connection: Off.   History:   Day 1 - all Ok Days 2 and 3 - failing twice per day. Recovered by switching off power to NBN box, leaving a fewminutes then switching on again. Day 4: NBN Box lights as above. Turning off power for 5 minutes results in all lights flashing, then power light on and DS flashing, then power light on, DS on and US flashing. Please can you help?     ... View more
