Level 2
The last two days I have had no NBN internet connection. I assumed it was due to the weather we have had, but according to the NBN website there is no outages for my area.
The modem has power but The DSL light on my modem is not illuminated.
I don’t have a home phone so nothing else is connected.
Any suggestions?
I have had outages before but I’m usually notified and it doesn’t last any longer than a day.

We recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage on the NBN network.

Troubleshooting no internet connection

In this particular case, we can see that the issue with the service has been raised to our Engineering Team and escalated to NBN Co. Updates will be provided when it becomes available via SMS or phone call.
