Since the heavy rains in Sydney around a week ago our NBN connection is dropping out several times an hour.
The connection usually comes back in a couple of minutes, however, it makes the connection unusable for functions like playing online games.
The router, etc. have been reset and the issue persists, the WAN connect light shows red.

Before troubleshooting a connection issue, we recommend for our customers to check if their service is affected by a planned or unplanned network outage. We've created an article that will guide you on How to Check for NBN Network Outage.
Once confirmed that the service is not part of an outage, you can proceed with troubleshooting. We've created an online guide on how to troubleshoot your internet connection.

We were able to locate your TPG account using your community details and tested the line, but was not able to detect any fault within the NBN network. The modem also shows a stable connection for almost a day now.
