My NBN arrived on the 8th May and I am having dropouts after a week. Can anyone please help.

Ive checked some things here and i can see NBN has been working on your line for the last few days in relation to dropouts on your service .

 

They have an open incident out on your line and i can see you have an appointment to resolve the matter today Wednesday, 20 May 2020, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM.
