Have been having issues trying to get NBN connected. Had an NBN tech out today who says it’s not an issue with NBN it is something to do with the TPG end.

I only get 2 solid blue lights on my NBN box (power and link) and 3 on modem (power, 2G and 5G)

   After investigated your account I found, NBN tech didn't Complete the job properly

I am still waiting for this - I have no phone reception at home and desperately need internet so I can study and work. It’s been too long to wait for something that should have been so simple.
