We decided to upgrade our internet to the NBN50 due to someone else moving in with us. There has been no change in our internet since last Tuesday’s (10/07) upgrade. We have rebooted multiple times. I tested the speed and it came up as 6.2 Mbps download and 3.9 Mbps upload. Can someone please assist?

I've seen that the upgrade of your NBN plan has been done. I ran initial tests on your service and it shows connected for 1week 5h 6m.

run another speed test and see if its improved.
