Get online support
I have an NBN100 plan with acceptable download speed. However, I am having issues with the upload speed when connecting my work station to the router via ethernet cable. I turned off WiFi on all other devices to check the speed but I cannot get upload speeds any faster than 1 mbps, if that. I have reset the NBN device and modem both yesterday and today after receiving a text from TPG yesterday saying speeds are within acceptable range. They are not, I have been frequently monitoring connectivity and nothing has changed about upload speed despite upgrading the plan a week ago. I have been battling with this issue and customer/technical service for a while now. Attached is an image of a speedtest I did.
