NBN100 Speed issues

Hi folks,
Just a quick question regarding our NBN100 plan that we upgraded to a few weeks ago. :-)

Our max download speed is about 24 Megabits per second, with the upload being about 4.5 Megabits per second.  For NBN100, this seems quite slow does it not?

Another issue is that the internet connection to our property is managed completely by our landlord (who is very easy to talk to, we upgraded the plan via him).

I'm very technical myself (have computer science background) so I have tried everything I'm aware of to improve speed.

Is that speedtest belongs to a wireless connection or wired one?

If wireless 2.4Gh or 5Gh

Please provide me your CID or Username by PM, so I can check the service performance.

Hi there,
This particular test was done via Ethernet.
The speed is also the same when tested on 2.4GHz and 5GHz.
