NBN100 gettin 65MBPS Please fix

Hi TPG staff,

 

I rang your support team yesterday and was advise someone will ring and fix emy bandwidth. Im paying NBN100 and its degraded to 65mbps? Please give me a call back or at least fix it. Speedtest as expected as it is below what im paying for this Plan?
