Plan upgrade still waiting

Hi 

 

Upgraded my NBN plan yesterday, still waiting for it to happen. TPG said it usually takes 2 hours but may take 24 hours. 

It's been 24 hours and speed is still slow. Can someone assist?

Hi @kirstyc , please send us a private message with your TPG  customer ID, username and complete address so we can pull up the account and check the status of the plan upgrade.
