NBN100 not working for zoom calls

It started this week.
I have all sorts of problems with zoom calls. They freeze, I get disconnected, etc. I just can't do my job.

I ran a speed test and speed is inconsistent. From 80 to less then 5 every couple of seconds.

I tried it with an ethernet cable and got the same results.

I installed all updates and restarted the laptop.

I tried on both a windows machine, a MacBook, and an iPhone. Same result.

What can be done?
