I've been getting constant dropouts frequently for past few weeks. is there way to get it resolved?

Thanks for raising this to us. What particualr devices are affected with the dropouts?
In the event that wireless devices such as Smart Phone, Smart TV or Laptop are affected, it could be a Wireless Interference.

There's greenlight in NTD and Router but no internet.
This happened to me few months back.
Yes, Just reached home and my internet connection is terrible. Also, there's no nbn outages in my area.
