NBN50 Very slow after moving house

I have been with TPG for years, and my speeds have been very consistent, however, after moving house this week, my connection speed has been dropped to more than half the advertised speed for the NBN50 plan.
I have tried multiple routers and replaced all the cables just in case some hardware was damaged during our move but to no avail.  
I went from a consistent 45MB/s down and around 15MB/s up to arrive at my new place (in an area I have used this same plan and internet type before) and now I have 10MB/s down and I'm lucky to get 9MB/s up.

 

Is there anything on your end that could have gone wrong with the move?  As this is unacceptable to the point where if I'm unable to resolve the issue, I will change carriers.
