Hi TPG Team,

My internet has been dropping out very frequenty over the last 1-2 weeks. The PC's and mobile phones remain connected via WiFi to the router, however the internet service is not available. Below is an excerpt of the system log showing the link going down at least 3 times over a period of 1 hour:

Hi @eddiez82,

Welcome to the community!

I was able to locate your account using your community details. I ran initial tests on your service and it shows a possible line fault causing dropouts. I will raise this to our Engineering Team for further test and investigation.

Assessment may take 24hrs and updates will be provided by the assigned Engineer via SMS or Phone call. PM me your best contact number and preferred time.

How to send a PM.

Let me know should you require further assistance.
