Get online support

NBN50 internet constantly dropping out

Hi TPG Team,

 

My internet has been dropping out very frequenty over the last 1-2 weeks. The PC's and mobile phones remain connected via WiFi to the router, however the internet service is not available. Below is an excerpt of the system log showing the link going down at least 3 times over a period of 1 hour:
