We've had no internet since yesterday morning. I have checked the NBN website and there is no outages in my area. Have followed advice to reset and turn off for extended period. The power and downstream lights are steady, the upstream is flashing but online is off.
The DSL is NOT on but others are.

Tried phoning yesterday. After 2 hours 45 mins on hold I was cut off.
