NO INTERNET FOR 3 DAYS no internet led, downstream light flashing - please help

We're sad to know that you're having issue with the service. We're able to locate an account using your community details. I assumed that this is the correct account and ran an initial test to the service. Test result shows a possible line fault causing the service not to work.


This has been raised to our Engineering Team for further handling and investigation. Assessment may take 24-48hrs and updates will be provided via SMS or Phone call when it becomes available. We apologise for any inconvenience.
