Internet Outage Issacs ACT

There is internet outage at Isaacs-ACT since 4pm, 23/01/2020.

Your support page says "ADSL and NBN customers in the Queanbeyan and surrounding areas may experience Data and Voice connection difficulties."  

Is the outage in Isaacs caused by the same fault or is it a different problem?

There are some affected Users from different location near Queanbeyan. The outage has been cleared. We'd like to confirm if you're still having issue with the service, if so PM us your acount details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).
