Hi, my NBN connection box light is flashing red with a ticking sound. I tried to unplug the power cable and try after 10 minutes, but the same thing happens. It's been that way all morning and TPG said a service engineer will contact me in the next 24 hours. This means two days of not being able to work. Any recommendations that I could try. I did try to check the nbn network status but the page said "Address check is currently unavailable". so I couldn't complete the address checking. Is there anywhere else I can check?
