NO Internet connection Parramatta

Hello ,

This is Vj from Parramatta(2150), I am not getting the internet connection from 4PM today(15-02-2020).Tried restarting the modem multiple time. Is there an outage with the TPG ? I dont see any outage notifications with NBN.Can you please help fix this soon.
