Get online support
For the last week the speed has varied widely, haven't had such issues in a very long time.
Attaching the test results done by Ookla app.
All the basic troubleshooting hasn't uncovered anything. My neighbor has similar issues, could you do a line test please.

Just doing a follow up.
We've made some adjustment on your connection as we were able to detect some noise interference on the line which causes latency. We've monitored the account after the changes and it seems to be working well and stable.

Thanks for your reply.
One thing I can say with certainty is that yesterday I could watch Netflix.
I'll keep an eye on it and let you know if I have further issues.
