Nbn box keeps flashing

No internet suddenly from 3:00pm yesterday,and the Nbn box seems not working properly since only the Power light is on , with downstream light flashing occasionally and upstream & online lights off all the time. Tried everything and it’s still not working. Very frustrated since I’m working from home and need internet.
