My internet has been down all day. I rest my router with a message being displayed now for hours saying "configuration in process you do not have to do anything ect" i have rebooted s day. Same annoying message??

We're sad to know that you're having issue with the service. We ran an initial test to the connection it shows connected for 51m at the moment, however we've seen a dropouts of the modem/router's connection to our Network.
