Nbn dropout

Anyone else in Neutral Bay/Cremorne/Mosman area having problems with the NBN dropping out. Happening frequently and lasts 2-4 minutes. The online light on the black nbn box will flash.
I was on the phone with TPG support & part way through the conversation he couldn't hear me & told me to call 1300..... even though he had my phone number! He should have called me back.
No outages listed.
