Nbn light flashing - internet dropouts

The fourth (bottom) light on our Nbn black modem is flashing. We don’t have internet. This started after they did maintenance during the week. The website shows no outages in the area. Can this please be investigated ASAP! The last time we had this issue it turned out the modem was faulty!

For customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.

 

Check our Service Status page for any known outages. If you're on NBN, we have created this article that can guide you on How to Check for NBN Network Outage 

 

If there are no known outages in your area, you can proceed with the troubleshooting steps indicated on this link: 

 

 

I've managed to locate your account and recent update indicated that the connection issue is now raised to NBN Co. A tech visit has also been booked on Friday, 22 October 2021 between 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Please ensure that you or someone is present during the visit.

How is 5 days adequate when it needs to urgently fixed???
It has taken us over a month to finally get connected. A week after being connected there is a fault and now we have no internet. We are working from home. We need it fixed ASAP!

Hi @Puggles, we realised the inconvenience this is causing you however, as a reseller, we rely on NBN Co's timeframe for scheduling be it for installation and repair. 

 

Nonetheless, we've seen that the Engineer has been in touch and remote test showed that the connection is now stable. 

 

I believe you have requested for the tech visit to still push through. No changes made on the appointment.
