I've managed to locate your account and recent update indicated that the connection issue is now raised to NBN Co. A tech visit has also been booked on Friday, 22 October 2021 between 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Please ensure that you or someone is present during the visit.

Hi @Puggles, we realised the inconvenience this is causing you however, as a reseller, we rely on NBN Co's timeframe for scheduling be it for installation and repair.
Nonetheless, we've seen that the Engineer has been in touch and remote test showed that the connection is now stable.
I believe you have requested for the tech visit to still push through. No changes made on the appointment.
