Nbn no connection

My nbn has been down for 5 days now. Trying to get through to tech support is absolutely futile and after staring at the screen for over an hour the other night i finally got through to customer service to be told they would transfer me. Nothing came of it, sat there staring at the screen for another 30mins waiting for some sort of acknowledgement or response but nothing. Is this standard practice for tpg? I have checked the nbn website and there is no noted outages in my area. If someone could contact me immediately would be appreciated.
