Nbn outage

Hi TPG,
This is urgent, my internet has been out for more than a week now. I live in the Inner West Sydney.

I keep receiving text messages NBNco is resolving the issue but still CANT connect.

Then on Thursday i get a text message: The NBNCo outage in your area should now be resolved. If it's still not working then please reboot your modem.

But it still dosent work. This is really affecting the household negatively. What is tpg doing about it and how much longer before anything gets done?!?
