We were able to locate your account using your community details and understand that the case is already being monitored by our Engineering team.
The outage that affected your service is within the NBN network and a few TPG customers are affected, which is why it is not posted on our service status page.
It seems that the fault within the NBN network is quite complex which is why they weren't able to provide us an ETA for it to be resolved.
Our Engineering team is closely monitoring the case and will provide you with the updates as soon as it's available.
