Nbn still not connected

I called about 2 weeks ago regarding moving of house. The lady confirmed that I will have My internet immediately after I move in. Now my nbn status is still red. Very frustrated coz my boys can't do his homework. This need to be fixed immediately. I must have access today. Pls call me at 0404225775.

I have NBN FTTP, everything has been set up but t hge router light still showing red colour. Can you help?

If you're having issues with NBN service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage on the NBN network.

Troubleshooting no internet connection
 

In this particular case, there was a known issue in NBN Co's network causing the service not to work. The issue was escalated by our Engineering Team to NBN Co, further updates will be provided when it becomes available.
