Based on the notes of our staff, we've noticed that the router that you are using is different from what we've provided.
Just to confirm, are you using a third party device? Where is the TP-Link C1200 router that we've provided you?
Also, are you able to send or post a picture of your setup? (Connection from the NBN NTD box to the router, cables connected to the device, etc.)
We'd like to analyze this further and resolve this as soon as possible.
