Need to know User Name

I need to know my User name so that I can update my password. I don't remember what I set up years ago when the account was established. We have already moved house and I cannot commence the "Moving Home" process without it. Please help urgent.

Your username is set in your wifi router and in your email client software. It is also the name in emails you received via TPG mail service.
