Network name

Is it possible to change my network name without being connected to the wifi or the router? Trying to change it from interstate.

We appreciate your query however, changing of your network name or WI-Fi name is not possible to be done interstate. It would require that you are connected either via wired (LAN connection) or Wi-Fi to the modem/router.
