Network outage

We have had not nbn connection so far today. Have check nbn connection status for my address and there is no issues as far as they are concerned, so what is the issue!!!!!!

Have you powercycle the NTD (black box) of your NBN HFC?

Please check on that black box that have 4 steady green lights.
