New 5G inactive service

Hi, I have a new 5G modem which arrived on Monday. In my account it says not delivered and Inactive. The network appears to be working but I can't connect to the service. I called and was instructed to wait 24/48 hs. but it has now been 4 days. I'd appreciate your help.
