Get online support
Is there a simple fix to this.? I simply don't have the time to sit on the phone to get help!
Plugged in and everything seemed fine, but after several reboots over 24 hours, still no connection, even though I get the symbols and lights.

If this is a new service, have you received an email that says your service is already active?
If yes, please shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number.
If no, kindly wait for the email notification for the service to work.
