New Customer, no WAN light

Hi,

I’m a new customer using. Telstra Gen 2 modem… I have followed the set up guide but I have no WAN light at all now?

Any advice or checks you can do would be great.

Hi @justincarroll

 

Before you set up the modem/router, did you receive an email notification advising that the service is already installed?

 

If not, then that explains why the service is not yet working.

 

If yes, please shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number to run further line tests.
