New NBN no internet

All the lights that are usually on are on but all the devices in my house can not detect the internet or connect it. After i have changed to NBN My internet is fast but constantly disconnects when i download something or join a online chat with friends.

Can you confirm the issue is when connection is wirless or wired? Could you also post the speed you are getting at home
